JACK'S APPLE
Heat applejack and cider in a saucepan and stir in honey until dissolved. Pour into a warmed, heat-proof mug and sprinkle with ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Garnish with baked apple slice.

JADED N' CONFUSED
Place the drinks in order, into the glass. A beer mug is a good sized glass. Look at it from the top, it should appear green. From the bottom, it should look brown. May not look appetizing but it's real good. If it only looks green, don't panic, still the same drink.

JAMAICAN CRAWLER
combine rum, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice with ice, stir well, pour into a collins glass, then float grenadine on top

Mix all three ingredients in a strainer with ice, serve chilled

JAMAICAN GINGER BEER
Combine the ginger, sugar, honey, water, and lime juice in a large pot. Add the yeast and the egg white; stir to blend. Allow to stand in a cool, dark place for several days. When ready, strain through cheesecloth; add more sugar to taste, plus bitters. Bottle and refigerate until ready to use.

JELLO JIGGLERS
Place undisolved jello in a bowl. Boil water. Place boiling water on jello ,mix thoroughly but gently for at least three minutes. Once jello is disolved add rum.Place in 13x9 inch pan. Chill until firm (overnight). To cut out dip bottom of pan into warm water. Cut into squares. After a few of these you'll know your not in home-ec anymore!
