  1. How does this site work?
    Simply order through this site, choose your delivery date or specify where you want to pick up. All orders will be confirmed via email or phone. Delivery orders will be processed within 1 business day and pick up orders will be processed within 4 hours. If you need something urgent, please call 713-789-3933 to see if we can accomindate your request.

  2. What are your store hours?
    Mon – Sat   10:00am – 9:00pm
    Sunday Closed

  3. How do you verify age?
    Anyone purchasing alcoholic beverages or tobacco products that look younger than 30 years old must show proof of age on time of delivery or on time of pick up. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages and must be at least 18 years old to purchase tobacco products.
  4. Where do you deliver?
    We deliver within Harris County only. You can order and pick it up at any of our three locations no matter where you live. Click here to check if your zip code is available for delivery.

  5. I need to pick up/deliver my order right away. How do I do that?
    If you need something urgent, please call 713-789-3933 to see if we can accomindate your request.

  6. What is your return/refund policy?
    If you are dissatisfied in any way with anything you purchase from us, we would like the chance to correct the situation. Please call 713-789-3933 or email us at info@houstonliquors.com.

  7. Is there a break in price if I order a case of spirit, wine or champagne?
    Yes, we do offer a 7% discount for case purchase. Because of our everyday low prices, free delivery will not apply to case purchase unless it is over $400. If you intend on purchasing cases, please let us know in advance(2 working days).

  8. How much alcohol will be needed for an open bar for about 250-300 people?
    The standard rule-of-thumb is two drinks per person for the first hour of the event, and then one drink per person for each hour thereafter. 
    For a three hour event you will need 1100-1200 "drinks".

  9. We're having a wedding reception for 175 people beginning at 4pm, lasting five hours. We want a full bar, including beer and wine. Our dinner is family style, and we're serving beef, chicken and pasta. We're also having a cocktail hour. Any tips on quantities of each type of hard liquor as well as how much beer and wine (and what types) is needed for such a crowd Thanks!?
    Plan for one drink, per person, per hour of the event; or 875 drinks.
    • 4 cases of red wine; Merlot or Pinot Noir.
    • 3 cases of white wine; Chardonnay
    • 9 cases of beer (bottles) or 1-15.5 gallon keg and 1-5 gallon keg
    • Basic Bar: 21-750 ml bottles
