To make our White Zinfandel, we quickly -- and very gently -- press the Zinfandel clusters so the juice is just lightly tinted from the grapes' red skins. A cool fermentation captures Zinfandel's bright strawberry, apple and orange blossom nuances in the wine, accented with a light natural sweetness and crisp finish.
