Harveys Bristol Cream is a result of the traditional skillful blending of some of Jerez's finest wines - delicate finos, aged amontillados and fragrant olorosos, while wine from the special Pedro Ximenez grapes provide a mellow velvet smoothness. Harveys Bristol Cream is matured in the finest oak casks through the solera system in the region of south-west Spain around the city of Jerez de la Frontera. Only wine produced in this region can be called Sherry.
