This is my own personal signature drink, something I came up with a few years back when a woman came to my bar and said "Make something up, and surprise me". Originally there was 1oz of blue curacao, but experimentation found it to be even more spectacular with 1/2oz of blue curacao, and 1/2oz triplesec, mainly because I find the color just as important in the presentation, as well as the flavor.
Be forewarned, the drink is tasty to the point that they will suck it down so fast, that they'll be on their 3rd before the alcohol from the first drink hits em.

CRANBERRY JUICE COCKTAIL
Wash the cranberries and put them into a nonreactive saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and if you wish, the orange slices. Cook over medium heat until all the berries burst -- about 10 minutes. Pour the fruit and liquid into a cheesecloth-lined sieve. Strain the juice to the saucepan, add the sugar and boil for two or three minutes. Taste and add more sugar if it is needed. Cool and chill the juice before serving. | 1 Cranberries
